Business automation services
We automate the work you repeat by hand: enquiries, reports, price lists and images. We run the same kind of systems in our own two studios, and we write them in code. Plans start from $500 a month for 25 hours, and every task is estimated before it starts.
What are business automation services?
Business automation services build small systems that do repeated office work for you, such as moving enquiries into a CRM or making a PDF price list from a spreadsheet. Your team keeps the decisions and loses the copying.
Which automations do we run ourselves?
We run automations in 5 areas across Umberform and Render Friends. These are the ones that save us the most, most useful first.
| Area | What happens by itself | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Enquiries and clients | When a client’s email has no reply, a deadline starts in working hours and we get a reminder. Website enquiries reach the client base with their source. | no enquiry waits unseen |
| Money and reports | One report follows each channel from spend to actions, leads and clients. Invoices are made as PDF files. | you see what brings clients |
| Catalogue and images | One price list feeds every page. Images are resized and compressed for the web, and 360° spins are prepared for product pages. | one change updates everything |
| Content and search | Posts go from a calendar to Buffer. Search Console, keyword and PageSpeed data are collected in one place. | publishing does not stop |
| Reliability | Backups, alerts in Telegram, security checks of our websites and automated tests before release. | problems show up early |
Our CRM is covered by automated tests. It counts deadlines in working hours, so an email sent late on Saturday is due on Monday morning.
What can we automate for your business?
It depends on where your time goes: furniture brands lose it in catalogues, interior designers in client work, and architects in files. “We run this” means we already use it; “We can build” means we would make it for you.

How long does an automation take to build?
Simple automations take from about 1.5 hours, and larger ones up to about 32 hours. Every task comes with its hours before we start.
| Renders and photos named, sorted and resized by a small program | ≈ 1.5–5 h |
|---|---|
| Website enquiries go to your CRM, with an email to the right person | ≈ 5–8 h |
| A PDF price list for dealers, built from your spreadsheet | ≈ 2–6 h |
| A weekly report, or Instagram enquiries sorted by AI | ≈ 12–32 h |
Do you need code, AI or no automation?
Use code when the rule is fixed, AI when text has to be read, and nothing when the task is rare. We choose after we see the task.
| The task | What we would use | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Several services must share data | a small program | enquiry to CRM, then an email |
| Many files follow one rule | a Python script | 500 images resized and renamed |
| Text has to be read | AI inside the code | sorting incoming enquiries |
| Your CRM or shop already does it | that feature | a built-in reminder |
| It happens twice a year | no automation | a checklist is cheaper |
Are we an AI automation agency?
Yes, where AI does the job better than a fixed rule: reading emails to find the stage of each client, or sorting incoming enquiries. We don’t build AI agents that sell your products. Your team keeps the sale, and for fixed rules, such as resizing images, plain code is cheaper and more reliable.
How much do our automation services cost?
Our plans start from $500 a month for 25 hours, with the first month at our cost. See all three plans →
The same hours also cover website maintenance and 3D images from Render Friends. For a single automation, we can agree a fixed price before we start.
How does an automation project start?
- You name the task you repeat. We ask how often it happens and which tools it touches.
- We tell you if it is worth automating. You get a short plan with the hours for each item.
- You approve the hours, then we build. We test it on your real data before we hand it over.
- We hand it over. The code and the files are yours.
When shouldn’t you automate a task?
Don’t automate a task that is rare, or a process that still changes every week. Fix the process first, because an automation only repeats what you give it. A 1-hour task done twice a year costs you 2 hours a year, so a 6-hour automation would take 3 years to pay back.
We will also tell you when an existing feature of your CRM or shop already does the job. That costs less than anything we could build.
Send your website and the task you repeat by hand. We tell you whether it is worth automating and how many hours it takes. No sales call — you get a document.
Questions about automation
Do you use n8n or Zapier?
Usually not. We write automations in code, because code is easier to test and to change. If your team already uses n8n or Zapier, tell us and we look at that first.
Can you connect my CRM?
Usually, if your CRM lets other software read and write its data. We check that first and tell you before you pay.
Who owns the automation?
You do: the code and the files we make for you.
What if an automation breaks?
We fix it from the hours on your plan, and you see the hours before we start. A tool that changes how it works can break any automation, so small repairs are normal. Without a plan, we quote the repair first.
Do you use AI in automations?
Yes, where text has to be read: sorting enquiries, or working out the stage of a deal from an email thread. For fixed rules, such as resizing images, plain code is cheaper and more reliable.
Can you automate one task without a monthly plan?
Yes. We can agree a fixed price for a single automation before we start.
